商務出差，訂的一廳兩房，有廚房，有陽台，挺不錯的，就是衹有一個洗手間。酒店跟shopping mall一體，是salalah第二大購物中心，裡面有一家不錯的餐廳，有阿拉伯餐和印度餐。入住比較多歐美遊客，就是早餐比較本土化，一般般，但幸虧有印度奶茶彌補。

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to 訂房網站.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality. Thank you to Amjad and the manager for the upgrade. Ma Salaama

The location of the hotel is great and the presence of the complex near it is excellent and the treatment of the staff at the top of sophistication But the problem of the hotel is the late arrival of bags and the lack of parking due to the use of people with guests in the same parking lot. Breakfast is not good, there is no variety of the same food. Constant inconvenience from guests and loud sound The negatives are many You deserve 3 stars, not 4

I spent 5 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed it a lot. I deducted a bit for the location since one will only be able to get to the beach using a taxi or car. Bit then again, it is located in a really nice mall and you have all you might possibly need close by. I enjoyed going on a tour to visit some of the Wadis together with Achmed, who really took all the time to satisfy my thirst for knowledge. And I really did enjoy the pool time, with really great service by the team!
